Professional help at an incredible price. I had been waiting to get my computer serviced because I loathed the thought of paying so much for the repair. Josh got it all cleaned up and was very sensitive to my time schedule. It's nice to know that even though I don't know computers, I know a great computer guy!

I am very impressed with Josh’s level of expertise and knowledge of computers.

My computer died the very first day of my computer class. I took it to two different computer repair shops. They wanted $100.00 just to open it up and then $40.00 to $50.00 an hour thereafter. I would need to leave it there for about 2 weeks. I was seriously considering spending at least $500.00 for a new lap top.

I was lucky to be in the same computer class with Josh. He was telling us that he had a computer repair shop. When I talked to him he seemed to have such a comprehensive knowledge of computers and how to repair them. I asked how long it would take to repair it, he said that he could have it back to me in a couple of hours and he quoted me a very reasonable price. I was absolutely thrilled and he would also save all of my precious data on my computer.

I took it to him the next day and he repaired it to perfect condition the very same day. I feel like I have a brand new computer and it works perfectly.

Josh does excellent work in a timely manner and I am very pleased with his work.

         Silverfeather Computer Repair was the best thing to happen to my lap top computer. When I brought in my laptop, it was not even functioning. There was problems that I could never figure out on my own, and if I would have taken it to a retail store, would have been charged at least double what I was charged. The service was done on my computer on the SAME day. The work was impeccable, the customer service was GREAT, I was told what was being done to my computer and if I had any questions they were promptly answered. Aside from the great service, fair price, and quick turnaround time, the best thing about Silverfeather Computer Repair is that I could rest easy knowing that I would be treated with absolute integrity. My computer runs BETTER than when I took it out of the box. I cannot speak more highly of my experience and would recommend Silverfeather Computer Repair to anyone with computer problems or looking to optimize the performance of their machine.

Major shout out to Silverfeather Computer Repair for getting my computer back up and running! I had 2 crash and I started school the next day! YES this was an urgent matter!! One need a new motherboard and will be fixed shortly, the other was so badly infected the last guy I paid, took my money and said it was the best he could do. Never used it again. Well not only is it fixed, it runs better and faster than it did when I got it! Seriously! He took amazing care of me!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU Josh!!!!! In time for school! You are a lifesaver and I am so greatful for your help!!!!!

I just wanted to drop you a note and say thank you so much for the work you did on my Laptop. Not only did you beat the competitor’s written quote by $174.00 but you communicated with me throughout the process. You were very efficient and had my laptop back to me in less time than you quoted. I will recommend you to anyone I come across that has computer problems. I will also return for my upgrade over the summer when my laptop can be out of commission for a couple of days.
